Although these relate to SRW Alpha Gaiden, I've also had this problem with Brigandine: Grand Edition. For some reason, when I mount a game and try to run it through an emulator, I just get a directory of files which is almost always missing any sort of executible file I seem able to run to actually play the goddamn game. Now, this does not bother me that much, or rather I deserve this problem since, frankly, I am trying to game the system by downloading ISOs rather than buying the games (and am not looking for you guys to help me game it more effectively). But I'm worried that even if I buy the games for real, I will have this problem. What should I do to make sure it's not a porblem with my PC rather than with the ISO?
BTW I am using Epsxe 1.70, SDHC or whatever it is called 1.001 IIRC and I'm not sure how to find plugins (i.e. GPUs or whatever, what you are supposed to get to help your graphics card work on a PSX level or whatever they do).
One other problem I have is that I tried to use virtual clone drive (UGH I was so stupid) and now all the programs seem to be earmarked as VCD files even with daemon lite installed for mounting.
EDIT-Just to clarify, I am looking to buy the game, so downloading ISO is now out of the picture, but I'm hoping for some sort of ideas about whether it's possible there's aproblem with my PC that would make buying the game pointless.
Ugh.
