Game shark for PS2, that runs on PC via USB??

I need to know if there is a program that will let me use a USB cable to create a bridge between the PS2 and the PC, to allow memory access? In other words, is there a gameshark2 emulator for my PC? I dun want to spend $30.00, I just aint that rich
