Goodwill sold me da Romz! (True Story)

I was at a Goodwill today and purchased an "Activision's Atari 2600 Classics 30 Classic Games". After being unsuccessful in getting it to run, I decided to go and see what was on the CD. I found the game had 30 ROM Images on the CD that work fine with Stella.

So I'm thinking I should go to the FBI, and report Activision, who made and sold the CD, Goodwill for selling me the CD, and maybe I should let Nintendo and the IDSA know about it to!

How dare Activision provide ROMs to its customers, and I don't even have to always be online to play the emulator and ROMz!

So now I have 30 "legal" Roms provided to me by Activision, and all for $1.99!

Your misconception on the illegality of "unofficial" emulation is apparent.

IIRC I remember BSG saying something about Goodwill selling (truely) pirated software before.

Well I certainly wouldn't bother letting Nintendo know that Goodwill is selling Atari ROMs
