PSX v 1.13 help

Hey everyone I'm new here. I recently downloadaed PSX and I need some help. I have an ISO I made from an eboot.pbp file of a game I want. I can't load it in PSX so what should I do? I'm new to this so an easy to understand response for a newbie would be appreciated. Also, Daemon tools doesn't work on my computer, and Magic and Power Iso won't read the file. I do have Alcohol 52% though.

What part of my post implies anything about a psp emulator. I'm using PSX 1.13. I'm using it on my computer. PSP's are not involved at all.
