Enhaced Intel Speedstep Tech.

Hey guys, does Enhaced Intel Speedstep Technology has any negative impact on Pcsx2 performance?? Can I leave it enabled while using Pcsx2?
Thanks a lot.

Yeah you can, when pcsx2 starts speedstep should return the processor to its original speed. I have speedstep to becuase I don't like running my proc at 3.8 while im doing homework.

Just looked at another thread, and you may be asking this because of your overclock.

Speedstep may hurt your overclock if it drops the vCore. I know some mobos do this.

Yea lol, I figured that out. The overclock got unstable after I enabled the speedstep.
Guess it messes with the vcore as you said. I just disabled it, everything is fine now.
