problem with EPSXE config

Ive downloaded http://www.pbernert.com/gpupete177.zip and put it in the plugin folder but the configuration doesnt seem to want to detect it.

am I forgeting somthing or does that not work with EPSXE?

Extract the .DLL files contained in the ZIP File and copy them to your plugins folder.
You can't just use the ZIP file!!

OK, an over-all solution :
1- Delete your plugins folder.

2- Get MY PLUGINS FOLDER, Extract & copy to your ePSXe folder (oooh, rename it to plugins instead of plugin).

Download epsxe again.There must have the file burutter.dll in it.
