Stuttering/slow downs in Pokemon Diamond w/ no$gba v2.6a

Yo.

Anyways, onto my problem;

While playing Pokemon Diamond on the lastest no$gba (version 2.6a or some such, whatever the latest version is), my game will run fine for about a minute or so and then, it'll start stuttering and slowing down for about two seconds or so, every five to six seconds.

My computer specs are as follow:

Gateway 7405GX
Mobline AMD Athlon(tm) 64
Processor 3200+
2.00 GHz, 1.25 GB of RAM

I figured these would be more then sufficent to run the game (I can run WoW at a constant 30-50fps), but, unfortunately, it seems they aren't, so, I've come here for help.

I've tried disabling background programs, changing my emulators settings, etc, but, nothing seems to yield a positive result.

What's strange about this, though, is that I can run the game perfectly on a different PC, whom has worse specs then this one, with less then half my RAM and a worse procressor; that's what really confuses me. (It can only run WoW at about 8-9fps and constantly dips down to 1 or lower FPS)

I do realize I can simply play it on my other PC, but, that computer happens to be my brothers, so, I can't use it most of the time, when I want to use my emulator. Does anyone have any possible fixes? Suggestions? I've done everything suggested by the 28 page Pokemon thread located a few topics down, but, that didn't help my problem any.

I've included a screenshot of my emulator settings, but, it's possible I accidently changed something to a 'bad' settings, which, is causing these disruptions.

Any help is appreciated! I don't get why a PC that can constantly run World of Warcraft with a good 40-50fps worse then a PC that gets 8-9 on WoW. I'm currently scanning my computer, so, maybe that'll fix my problem, possibly.

Again, I think anyone for any help they may give.
