Better FPS..for lower end computers?
i dont have a very good pc (897Ghz,celeron,256ram) just thought id let anyone who cares know.....thats all.. is there anyway to make it run better ?
and could someone tell me how to get sound................? (((((for virtual jaguar (the new one) )))) Last edited by pilx; November 19th, 2003 at 01:53. |

Sound can be activated using the -dsp switch after running the executable from your terminal (MS-DOS Promp, Xterm, etc).
Concerning speed. We know that VJ/SDL is a bit slow but it's still work in progress. Optimisations on something on our (very long) TODO list But keep in mind, the Jaguar is a very sephisticated piece of hardware/console and emulation won't be speedy at best!

Wow, with a 897GHz CPU you shouldn't have any problems!
