I can't get rid of the feeling you don't read NGEmu too much ... otherwise you would have come across http://www.ngemu.com/saturn/satourne.php and notice that this emulator isn't quite new

I read ngemu! Do I get a cookie?

I must say I'm certainly looking forward to a saturn emulator since I've taken a look through the selection of rpgs for it and there seem to be a number of quality ones.

Dragon Force 1 and 2

And all my other 30+ saturn games on a saturn emu..
