SSF, english site

I decided to add some explanations for the emulator on my site.

http://evilboris.sonic-cult.net/SSF/

Half of it is translation from the official site, half of it is personal experience.
Feel free to suggest any corrections or sections I should add.

wow nice job taking all these screenshots. I think you should add the version you used, ot it's for Ver 0.08 alpha R4?

EDIT: Oh nevermind, I didn't see the compatibility list.

I retake screenshots if the ssf changelog mentions that the games were updated, also, when a pic starts with ZZZ it is outdated (but i was too lazy to recapture it yet). The compat list and the screenshots are not linked.

I think the only game I really need to redo is Panzer Dragoon Saga. But the real point of the site is that I translated almost all of the documentation of SSF on it.

I couldn't find an email adress on that site so I might as well as post this here : Panzer Dragoon Saga requires EZ setting to be on "high" or above in order for the game not to crash right before the final boss (the rest of the game plays fine even in "low", but it should be mentioned anyway).

There's no speed difference on my computer between low and high settings so i always use the highest setting.

To me there's enough speed difference. (at low, there's no too noticable a lag when "auto field skip" is on; at high, it's very noticable. Although even at 'low', I should set "auto field skip" to on if I don't want my games to run slower than they should. I guess I have a bad computer (pentium 4, 3 ghz, 512 mb ram, nvidia 5200))

How did you manage to change font in SSF Borisz?
As you can see some of the text can't be read, but your screenshots looks fine.

Install support for East Asian languages. The pack contains Japanese fonts that will make SSF look OK.

Hey Borisz,

as usual, great work on the site. I'm sure it will help a lot of people to figure out things. I'll create a post on the mainpage later today to promote it a bit more, so people who don't check the forums will also find it.

Should you ever need a host for that site to promote it even more, feel free to get in contact with me.

Regards,

Patrick
