And there's absolutely no other way for those games to work?

You can use Virtual clone drive 5411 for emulation mounting in Windows 7 beta because Daemon Tools dont work nor Alcohol 120%.
The drive will be called ELBY Clonedrive. It shows up as a BD-Rom drive

Does anybody know how to get the music working in Albert Odyssey - Legend of Eldean? The game plays perfectly fine, but there isn't any music, although the sound effects still work.

Any possibilites for getting a fully working support for Rayman soon? The American version are more or less unplayable (controllers are *****ed). Are the controllers better for the European version?

Has anyone figured out how to solve the full screen issue with ssf? I have my comp. hooked up to a 46" flat screen and the resolution is 1920x1080. When I go into full screen than I have a windowed view of the game with black borders on all sides. I have looked around a lot and some people say it is my motherboard(biostar) but I had this comp hooked up to a old 4:3 crt and I could full screen with that no prob. I also tried updating drivers for my card (nvidia 8800 gts), and that hasn't worked either. I didnt know if you guys had come across this and there was a solution I hadn't tried. Thanks.

I wish he would implement a way to turn on some AA. The bad blocky jags make NES look good, and the scanline option does not scale well.

I wish he would implement rendering in a manner reminiscent of nullDC (or Project64, or ePSXe), so you could increase the resolution of the scene and it always remains crisp and clear, and play in stereoscopy too.

I know this is a response to old posts but if anyone else is having these problems, hopefully, this will clear things up a bit.

Most audio sync issues are from downloaded games in which the audio files are compressed to MP3 to reduce file size(MP3 is a lossy format). Then the audio is converted back to WAV files.
The Saturn underground scene has a history of bad images being spread around. Best way to avoid this is to own the actual game. Failing that, find images created using the TOSEC, redump or darkwater methods (don't even ask, just Google it!).

Some audio sync issues (the audio studders every few seconds or so) are timing issues with the emulation.

I have no issues with Albert Odyssey at all. It has been working in SSF for the last year and a half, or so (and prior to that there were issues with the graphic scrolling, not audio related).
If you are using a bin/cue or iso/wav/cue in a virtual drive (such as Daemon tools or alcohol 120%) make sure you are loading the cue file and not the ISO or BIN file.

USA version should be working now ( I last tested it in 0.09 Prototype R1) - PAL version had some issues back then, but I havent tried that in a while.

I don't have my PC connected to TV out but there has been some work on full screen issues in the past few releases. Can anyone comment on if this has been fixed?

Hey guys, anyone tried Dragon Force II (JPN only of course) on version .10 of SSF? There's some kind of bug that makes the game freeze upon loading more than 120 troops in battle -- wonder if anyone's found a fix for this besides the obvious making sure there aren't 120 troops between you and the enemy general.

EDIT: Figured it out -- might have been a bad rip. I rebuilt the game image (with some partially translated files thanks to Sixfortyfive) in UltraISO and now it works like a charm.

EDIT: Actually, I didn't. I had it working for a day, then apparently changed some settings in SSF to play with the program's speed, and now it's crashing again. Too bad I didn't write down what settings I had it on when it was working, though I could have sworn I didn't change anything in SSF between using the original image and rebuilding. Well, back to my original question if anyone can help out.

The requirements for SSF

I think that are very much exaggerated the requirements for version 0.10 beta, one core 2 E8400 with a 9600gt are the requirements ideals for a full emulation of the Saturn. Saturn it isnīt an arcade Sega Model 2 or a PS2, for to be multicore doesnīt means that needs a Core i7 and a GTX295 single or SLI.
