If you wanna coop or whatever, msg me on msn. Hanging around a forum is almost as bad as irc. Playin Open Tee 2 online PSP. johnnyrio_69@hotmail.com - msn cya Command_And_Conquer_3_Tiberium_Wars_Kane_Edition <-------- sorry had em confused p.s. You still need to work on your "people skills" otherwise you are going to be single and lonely forever. Flaw is only two letters away from... wait for it... HAW. Speaking of HAW or FLAW or whatever, why would my nod bombers circle around in a hovering pattern and then drop bombs on their own units for the hell of it? Weird. I guess the AI is so good it does whatever it wants. Rox. Last edited by johnnyrio; August 10th, 2008 at 08:08. |

Gargantuan flaw #2 in Tiberium Wars. On the Rome scenario there's a huge alien tower spawning all kinds of crapola you have to take out. No problem. Build surveyors and expand and takeover the enemy base. Eventually you'll be working your way to the far right side of the map where suddenly alien walker thingies come out from the side of the map. You can't shoot them because they technically aren't on the battlefield yet since they are still off screen. They'll take out everything you have sitting on that side of the map because you can't shoot them until they actually walk onto the battlefield. Other than that, good game. NOD has some sinister units to play with. Also, were you attempting to point out the fact that I live in Brazil with your post? The sign up form clearly says WHERE ARE YOU FROM, not WHERE DO YOU LIVE. Since I'm from The United States, I put USA. SORRY ![]() ---------> http://johnnys-epitaph.com/from.jpg <-------------- If it had asked me where I currently live I'd have put Brazil. Must have been some vague attempt at that Hungarian humor nobody understands yet. Work on it yo. Michael Phelps ftw? Last edited by johnnyrio; August 18th, 2008 at 01:58. |

Performance problem
Hi Right now I'm playing Panzer Dragoon Saga on SSF 0.10 on my notebook and I've noticed something very strange. The emulator seems to be working fine and at a constant framerate, when the AC Adapter is pluged in. But as soon as I disconnect the adapter from my notebook, the framerate as well as the whole performance of SSF decrease dramatically. I'm barely able to play my games. Any ideas why this odd thing is happening or what it is due to? Last edited by Sikky; September 25th, 2008 at 17:44. |

Not sure weather to ask here, I do it anyway :I tried Saturn Bomberman, PAL and NTFS, when I start a battle game it freeses after saying "Ready - Go".. The List on your page (@Borisz) says it should work, am I doing something wrong? Maybe someone else has this great game and can confirm me?

Make a cd image of the original disc you own, mount the cd image in daemon tools, set SSF to use the virtual drive. The Pal and Japanese versions should work fine. IIRC the usa version uses netlink, which makes SSF lock up after booting the game, but if this was the case you wouldnt get as far as the title screen. But its been a while since I checked the usa version, I may be thinking of a different game. edit: just tested the japanese version and it works perfect, both story mode and battle mode. Is there a way to change the resolution? And how accurate is the emulation? I played a bit of panzer dragoon saga and the graphics seemed a little blocky and I don't remember they being that bad on my saturn.

Thats because TVs don't work the same way as monitors. Hook up your computer to your old tv via composite tv-out, and ssf will look exactly as the console does. This is true for all emulators that dont enchance graphics, by the way. |

pSX stretches out the picture with bilinear filtering to any resolution, SSF only uses bilinear filtering inbetween scanlines (eg. only some minor vertical filtering, but no horizontal), without any stretching to higher resolutions. So, pSX can do 1280x960 with filtered stretching, SSF will never go above 640/704x480, and when filtering it only filters the 240 vertical pixels to 480. Also this probably doesnt look too nice when stretched by an LCD monitor. For Tv-out, older graphic cards used to have standard s-video and composite out next to vga, nowadays they have a propietary 7pin s-video connector with custom pinout, with supplied converters that split this to composite/component/s-video out. Some models drop the s-video completely in favor of hdmi, though. So, it depends on your videocard. |

So I have my Panzer Dragoon Saga iso mounted with Daemon Tools and I'm trying to play on SSF 0.10. I watch the FMV, I hit Enter(Start) and it used just go back to the audio disc play screen, but now it just says CD Drive Open. This probably won't get an answer for a long time, but yeah help please >_<

Hello there, Borisz, Sorry to came up here just for such a small problem but here it is. This morning I've received two "SegaSaturn USB Controllers for PS3-PC", so I've decided to launch again SSF. Two days ago I've launched to see if my X360 Hori Fighting Stick EX2 worked on SSF and it worked perfectly. But this morning, I've got huge display problems (sounds were accurate but there were huge video freezes) ,which seems to have magically disappeared. The real problem is that now, both version of the emulator I use (SSF 0.09 R4 and SSF 0.10 R1) don't want to write on the backup ram cartridge. Each time I clear it in the console menu, everything seems right, I can copy files, do manipulations like that, easy, but each time I launch again SSF, it's as if I've done nothing with the backup ram cartridge. The only thing I've done since the last time I've used SSF was to install the Service Pack 3 for Windows XP (for that goddamn GTA IV). Maybe you have the answer to my problem? |

simple question I hope. I have Radiant Silvergun working fine on SSF 007 beta R6, using daemon tools to mount it. I downloaded SSF 010 to try it out, but it only recognizes the game as a music CD. I was careful to set everything (bios etc) the same as 007. Is there a reason for it not working? Thanks

Hey, I'm having some trouble here. I have an mds/mdf image of Robo Pit. 2 problems: 1- I can't burn both files on a CD, so if I burn the mdf one, it says that the disk is in an incompatible format. 2- If I try to select any CD drive, virtual or not (I have two CD drives) besides the first one (which functions perfectly), I get an error that says "SFF???????" or something like that. I'm guessing that the ?'s are unknown characters from Asian alphabet, but I don't have any way of installing them. So, I was wondering, is there any way to make mds/mdf images be burnt on CD and working correctly, or what can I do to solve the drives problem. Any help would be extremely appreciated. By the way, I'm using SSF 0.10 prototype R2, if that helps. |

Okay, I can get it to load from virtual drive, but the mdf/mds image still says that the disk is unsupported format... And I get the exact same error when mounting .bin/cue files... What can I do?
