Problem with the new SFF.

I can't seem to get it to run.. I have used older version without problems. I have the bios in the DIR... named boot.rom (tried both US and JAP Bios files).. and I have it set to english... I keep getting the error when I run it.. 'It failed reading a file'.. which I am pretty sure has something to do with the bios.. is it just not reading it.. or does it need to me renamed to something else now?
