Help with playing CDRs

I already have a Sega Saturn, and I'd like to play backups on it.

To play CDRs on my saturn, do I need any special modchip? Perhaps that 4-in-1 cart?

Also, are there any specail CDR-burning tools I'll need? I use Nero.

EDIT: To be clear, I'm asking about modding the actual saturn, not for places to find ISOs.

Re: Help with playing CDRs

I'm afraid asking mods also forbidden here. You better ask the local store for it, since they know better. And for burning software, you can use CloneCD or Alcohol 120%. That two is the best 1:1 CD duplicator programs.
