Failed plugin load soloution for satourne
After much trouble I finally fixed it for my PC anyway.
If you're getting an error about failing to load the plugins, and then satourne crashing every time you select one, just try this. Put all of your satourne files in a folder that uses a simple name (try a folder called Satourne, instead of Satourne-v10p for example) also make sure all folders above it in the path have simple names. And just in case that's not understood very well, here's my example. I had it placed here: C:\Documents and Settings\Serath.DARK-Y6Y1194FTX\Desktop\satourne-v10p\satourne\ Always crashed after choosing a plugin Now I have it as: E:\Games\Emulation\Satourne\ That makes it work perfectly. Now I'm off to try some games Hope this helps someone.

Well I had my copy in C:\Saturn so I would be surprised if it was a directory problem, still I reinstalled since then so I will have to try again.
Well I've tried again since my reinstall and the plugins still don't load, I guess I'll have to buy a new power cable for my Saturn and play my games that way. Last edited by DB7; May 29th, 2003 at 13:23. |
