Exclamation The Satourne Redesign!

I cant wait for this new Satourne re-design, Featuring a plugin system for developers. I think this emulator will be the begining of good Saturn emulation.

I'v been waiting for a good emulator to play all my backups(since my mod fried). Who else is looking forward to this? Hopefully P.e.o.p.s will make a GPU plugin^_^ I wish.

I would kill to get my hands on a copy of Panzer Dragoon Saga. Is there anyway we could come to some arrangement for a copy Kiraseed.
Drop me a email if it is at all possible.

I don't care what you guys do, but don't bring discussions of getting copies of games on the boards..

I should close this thread, but since the topic wasn't suppose to be about "iso" sharing, I'll leave it open, but don't bring the topic in here again..

On topic:

I myself am also eagerly looking forward to Saturn emulation with my 40+ Saturn games(originals)..

I didnt mean for it to be "ISO" sharing.....

I got into the Saturn a few months back and I couldnt find any games for it localy, But my sisters b/f had a ton of originals. So I ordered a chip but the dang thing fried itself in 2 days so now I have no Saturn play source. So i'm realy looking forward to this.

(I only made it 5 hours into PDS)

So true,. Me and Fivefeet are true Sega fans, Owing everything to our Saturn collection.

IMO the Saturn was the greatest system they ever released. Never realising its potential. I have 37 games waiting to be played on a Saturn emu.

Is there really no properly working Saturn emulator? Is that because the Saturn had two processors making it difficult to emulate?

actually it has 7 (2-main, and seveal DSP's), the Saturn is a vary complex system with several custom cpu's makes things kinda difficult to properly emulate

The only part of the Saturn I didnt like was the software video compression. (should have used hardware)

If Saturn ruled, the gaming industry would be more happy, BTW the Saturn emulation need more colaborators, we don't need another PSX emu, we just need ePSXe fixed and more people dedicating to a lacune in emulation.

For all ISO you want, you people already know that you can find it on eMule, so don't spam here, or this would like emuchina forums!

Saturns are quite hard to find but games are even harder. I'll keep my copies and emulate

I do have a saturn.. But it's at my brothers house about 4 hours away.. Plus there are benefits to emulation that aren't possible on the actual console.. Just because we are waiting for the emu, doesn't mean we don't actually have the console..

i'm waiting for an emu, because my console is broke.

I want an emu for this reason

1) Save state
2) Graphical enhancements
3) unlimited memory space. save all that you want... as long as the hard drive can take it.

I have a Saturn too, but as my TV doesn't properly support S-Video (and that's the only cable I got) it looks like kaka.

Well Just Upgraded my chip to an Athlon XP 2000+, I hope it provided the oomph I will need for Saturn emulation. I am anxiously awaiting and grinding my teeth
