Good to see the positive response to our work on @ES - DarkSamus.

It is indeed going to be better then ever before and I am proud to have my name associated with it!

In regards to needing testers, we are close to that stage but I don't think we are quite there yet!
But we will be sure to start another "testers needed" thread when the time is right

Well you got the newest beta build already as we talked today i´ll try to fix the bug tomorrow after i installed XP on my computer.

@ES is builded using some Windows functionality so it won´t be compilable at all with mono but i´ve added a couple of ways to change functions very easy in order to compile the code with mono if is needed later.... in other words the project i have now can´t be compiled with mono yet but with a small code modification it should work just fine.

in OS such as linux or macs the DirectX renderer calls have to be changed with the OpenGL ones... most of them are commented atm and just have to be replaced instead of the DirectX ones. The same goes for some of the x64 instructions they can be easily changed or modified by me as am planning to release a x64 build of @ES too.

@ruantec has more of an idea then I do! Hard for me to see the prob as I run Vista as well!

But if anyone can find the prob its @ruantec! My bet is the prob will be found and gone inside of the next 24 hours though! But I can only assume as much!

Maybe its time for everyone to downgrade to Vista j/k I actually like Vista

I am sure though if this thread had of been opened in another 24 hours or so that the XP prob would have been solved already!

Am unsure right now what we need from XP users to test it! From what I can tell @ES - DarkSamus is not booting at all on XP!

So we will prob only need help when it comes to seeing if a FIXED version is indeed really fixed!

Proper testing will come soon though! But at this stage we will need users of all different set-ups
