PS Games From HD

Hi, is there anyway of running PS games from the Hard Drive, I have a few old PS games however my CD drive is very loud and I have the whole no CD and infa red thing set up. Is there anyway which doesn't involve a virtual CD programe, like being able to copy all the files from the disk to a folder and using some mod to tell PSxeven to run the game in that folder?

I have no problem for space, a couple of 120GB hard drives.

Just make an image of the CD. I use Alcohol 120% for this task.
