ff8 world map bug?

just got psxeven im playing ff7 and ff8 one thing thats a little weird on ff8 is when im on the world map it gets laggy. im running it from an image so its not that it could be the copy of ff8 i have. i dont know it im just wodering if any one has the same slowness. it would be somthing to fix for v0.18 if it is a bug

Hmm....could you post your plugin settings.... normally playing a lil around with them (usually toning them down) works...

You can buy the actual game disks in quite a few videogame stores for only around $10-$20. That's what I did, and they're guaranteed to work far better than an image would.

And not to pull you away from psxeven, but I do highly recommend trying to play FF8 on ePSXe. It worked absolutely flawlessly for me.
