what supposed to go here?

Ok, maybe its cause whenever i d/l a emu it doesnt want to work, but, this one is like the only one who will accualy run one of my games. And what do you know, the joy-pad d-pad (whatever) doesnt work. I can not change the buttons, do i need a plugin or somthing? maybe this is a n00b question, but hey, kinda needs to be answered, if ya dont mind...

You are quite right with your assumption. You need a different pad plugin, as the one included is for keyboards only. you can get pad plugins via the following link:
