Exclamation FF8 Game Speed Problem

hi! i got a problem with ff8 and other games.

the game speed seems to alot more faster. my specs are as follows:

AMD athlon XP 1.8Ghz
Nividia Nforce chipset
Nividia GEforce 4 MX400 64MBDDR
Creative Sound Blaster Live 5.1
ASUS 52X CD-ROM Drive

i'm using psxeven and running the ff8 on CD and the game is like fast fowarding, even at the beginning. i'm using all plugins from Pete.

Is there any way that i can slow down the speed?or is there any past thread dat i can refer to? pls help. i need answers badly.

Thanks a lot!

Re: FF8 Game Speed Problem

That's way too high. No wonder you game is running so quickly. Try these FPS settings:

FYI Digistras, PAL games should be a 50fps and NTSC at 60.
