Unhappy fear effect 2 problems.

i been having problems with sound for this game. its like static. the game plays good but the sound and voices and music is awful. any ideas here my specs.

Re: fear effect 2 problems.

try using the peops or eternal sound plugins. i can't find any plugins on this site though, so you will have to search the internet for them. also, try using either petes d3d or d3d dx6 graphics plugins. they might make the game run a little better.

didnt work

well i tried the plugins recommended and when i tried the d6 plugin and d3d i got a software glitch where sound either doesnt run or to slow movies.

soory to say so but your graphics card is not THAT (perhaps hopless) good for emulation. recently ATI radeons and TNT,TNT2 and Geforce Series are supported more...
Formyself Petes plugin 1.72 on my Radeon 7000 (****ty BUT a Radeon) and ePSXe (i think PSXeven also) works VERY Fine with Fear Effect 1 and 2
and though a dexdrive i also can use my old FE save games thats soo cool
so IMO i would you recommend a GF4 MX for 40$ or so thats not that much money and "most" emu stuff and such runs fine
