Pocket station

Is there a pocket station plug or add on to enable you to play the pocket station game and transfer the items the the PSXEven or even the EPSXE?
I'm just interested as I'm trying to get the Chicobo card on FFVIII and I apparently need one.
Though the game was dull as hell if I remember playing it on my pocket station correctly...

Am I able to transfer my FF8 save to it and use it to complete the minigame and then transfer the save data back and get the Chicobo card? cos really that's all I want.
