Missing WGL Extensions?

i need help ive got the ePSXe V1.6.0 ive got the BIOS and plugins alright but everytine i go and try to load the game up VIA origional disk (by going on file-run CD ROM) it comes up with a blank screen and a nessege saying NO WGL extention

What's your graphics card? I need to update that part of the FAQ..
