Which plugin should I use?
I'm going to get a geforce 3 TI 200, and I currently have a 1.4 gig athlon with 256 megs of memory. I'd assume Pete's plugins would be best for me, but the d3d or opengl one? Would there be a difference?

Definite difference, and you'll be best off with the opengl plug-in. Read the supplied documentation to find out why.
