eternal 1.41

which FF are you playing? 1/2/4/5/6 should be played with Peops software GPU (well IMO they should be played as the SNES versions on ZSNES but that's a whole other ball of wax..). if 7/8/9 then you should use OGL2. there are some sweet guides (if i may say so myself) for those games on this site.

Try this configs and use Eternal SPU plugin 1.41 (not lite) as both Chrono Archangel and hushypushy suggested.
As every FF needs different settings you can use some frontend (eg. epsxecutor) to store them so you don't
have to config ePSXe all over again when you want to play a different game.

Stange.
FF9 looks acceptable with all texure filtering settings and/or with all texture types (2xSaI, 2xstreched).

In fact there are more satisfactory looking configurations, even without shaders.

With "gaming resolutions" below 1280x1024 there is no real need for UltraHigh-Y internal resolution - for example.

It all begins with selecting a resolution/mode you want to play in. Then one might tell what display he is using. Good ole CRT or an older LCD or a state-of-the-art LCD...

well i was thinking of this problem but i switched to the OGL insted of OGL2 cause i looked at it and OGL helped me more than OGL2 but im still having troubles on OGL =/ but right now every thing is working great on the OGL

looks perfectly fine to me. i beat FF9 with it looking like that, in fact, a lot of time i spent without texture filtering on. what more do you want? try using shaders or something.
