Can't get a game to start.

Okay I used all the suggested plug-ins but when I try to load the game Tomba it keeps closing saying there was an error. please help me.

What error exactly?
Can you post plugins you are using and your PC specs?

ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2.
ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.
Is this what you wanted?

Try using a different video plugin, Lewpy's plugin is for voodoo cards.
