Anyone willing to help an absolute noob? T_T

I have downloaded an emulator, i have also downloaded a game. I have no clue how to configure my computer T_T. When I try to configure, everything comes up blank. Als, when I try to run pcsx2.exe, it says something weird about a user name, that I don't know what to enter. T_T T_T T_T
