ePSXe problem

Hi. I'm new here but that's not hte deal here. I have one little problem with ePSXe and i could use any advice from u guys. When i insert Legend of Dragoon CD and run it the game goes too fast. How can i fix that?

And one more problem. When i insert FF7 disc 1 and run it the screen goes black and nothing happens. I sold my PS and i really want to play FF7. Please help me so i can play it.

My curent version of ePSXe:

Version 1.6.0

Config:

Video: Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.76

Sound: ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2.

CDrom: ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2

I tried to use ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2 but when i went on config it said:
Error loading WNASPI32.DLL

BIOS: I have BIOS-es from SCPH 1000, 1001, 3000, 5000, 5500, 5502, 7000, 7001, 7003, and 7502 and DTHL 3000.
