MDEC trouble in SSSPSX

SSSPSX bugs off in one point of being great in speed. No, not being slow, but super speed in Mdecs! i dunno what to do, my settings are same as in MGS settings thread, only thing is that i use SSSPSX cause it ISN´t slow. MDECS are SUPERFAST and only thing to "fix" it, was Otacon´s Yapping in MDEC in same superspeed. WHAT I SHOULD DO?

Oh, i DONT have dual core pentium III, cause... There is no one..

Ok; I never used ssspsx but I think you should use Epsxe.i never had problems with it for the Mdecs.

yes I know you have already tried Epsxe but "Rumble is not rumbling" dooh???

Making some search I've read that a soft called Epsxe gamepad configurator made by a man called Xsorcist had been released.but impossible to download it.
If someone could help???
