Pls Help PS1 emu not working
Yeah guys, first off i downloaded petes graphics and i cant get it to show on my plugins, i downloaded directx and still doesnt show, i cant find SCPH1001.BIN for the bio anywhere, I JUS WANNA PLAY MY FINAL FANTASY TACTICS GAME ON MY COMPUTER, since i dont have a playstation anywhere, please help.

You have to put those plugin files into the plugin folder, and you have to get the SCPH1001.BIN bios from somewhere, as it is not included with any emulator.

okay i hooked that up, but i need a bio i think, i think i have one but i have my fft game in my drive and i go to run cd-rom and a black full screen pops up then jus goes away, is this because i dont have that one good bio or something?

You probably don't have a PS1 BIOS file. There lies the problem.
BTW why is that still illegal to share? It's been like half a decade now... I don't suppose Sony's still profiting from it?

yeah, ref is a coolass, but it's not like he's giving us the First Testament of the Emulation Bible or anything
 and anyway, anyone who can't find the PSX BIOS on the internet is pretty stupid. anyone who can't find the PSX BIOS and knows the file name is officially Retarded At The Internet (RATI). by the way, a kind emuforums member sent me a Pro Action Replay, i just need to get around to making a dumping tutorial out of it. it will be here.........eventually |
