What do I do when it says "No WGL extensions"?

See, I'm trying to play FF9 on epsxe 1.5.2 and it says that >_< I tried lookin' a bit but couldn't find here. :/

Use Pete's OpenGL 1.76 instead of 2.8.

Oh, Sorry about that >_<

Just tried that, and it's still a dark screen ;_; the SPU is where it gets stuck, I think. But I'm using one of Pete's..

I've tried that FAQ and links from it, but still nothing will work -.-

And I tried a different emulator as well, same thing happened.
