ff9 airship movie freezes

Yeah the movie that happens as soon as i defeat black waltz no.2 freezes any suggestions?

PC stats: AMD seprom processor 2.0 Ghz with 512 MB RAM
i use Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.76 as my video plugin

any one got any suggestions?
