Small problem when palying MMX4,5,6

I'm having a small problem when playing MMX4,5,6.
I just downloaded the newest version of PSXeven v.019 and everytime I run the either of these 3 games either the animation clips will be slow and choppy or the animation will run perfectly and the game play will be slow as molasses and choppy when I switch settings . I am using P.E.O.P's direct draw plugin to display the game.
I posted a screenshot to show you my current graphic settings so you can see whats going on.

My PC specs are:

Gateway Essential PC
433Mhz celeron
256 megabytes
fujitsu HD 10.9 gigs 5.66 gigs keft
LG CD-ROM 54X
LG CD-RW 48X
Intel onboard can reach up to 32 bits but not on xp home or pro.

ok, that's old. use Peops Software plugin instead. and remember to enable FPS limit.
