PEOPs crashing :(

Whenever I try to run a game using PEOPs gpu plugin ePSXe gives me this error (see attach). The game doesn't even boot, the disc spins for a second and then this error message pops up!
I've never experienced such error before, what could be wrong?

That error comes up if one of the registry entries for your plugins has been set to null instead of to the plugins path. Delete your epsxe registry settings and redoing it should fix it.
