Question Legend of Many - Beepy Footsteps

When i run Legend of Mana from my own made ISO and walk around, the footsteps are probably missing or whatever. I hear a beep, instead of the real sound. That made me insane So i ask you if therer is any Way to "filter" them. Maybe i can try to hack the ISO and replace the Footstep sounds with any other sounds. What would you do ?

I've tested it with (Emulator = ePSXe):

Eternal SPU
v1.41

+

P.E.Op.S. DSound
v1.9

Both Plugins do the same in beeping my footsteps.
ThX 4 Answer.

first of all, is the game supposed to beep? if not...then are your sound drivers updated?

Yes the Sound drivers are updatet and the game is not supposed to beep. I tried to hack the ROM but i always found DAT/SET Files which are Archives i think and dont have a programm to extract them.

Soundcard is a 20 $ one C-Media so maybe thats the reason. But they really make me sick *BLIP BLEP BLIP*

maybe it's your crappy soundcard. go get a soundblaster, they are like 20 dollars, if that.

Nah, I recall this problem with LoM as well. Don't remember if/how I fixed it though, I'll see if I can find my old configs and test it again.
