Vandal hearts 2 crash

im getting a crash with the game Vandal Hearts II. ive tried using peops plugin, pete's opengl and opengl2 it happens when one of the bugs tries to cast thunderbolt does anybody know a solution for this or is wanting to share his config for these plugins ?

yeah i needed to use another emu for that game, what was its name... hm... VGS? it was a commercial one, that could run games only in a very low emulation, but flawlessly.

virtual game station?
tried installing it but got an eror stating only win95/98 (I have winxp), after emulating that one in windows 98 itsaid I needed a pentium or higher cpu and I have pu4 3.2 ghz
