Frame Skipping Problem

in soft plugins like pete's software 1.52 or kazzuya's software gpu, whenever you do frame skipping you can't see the battle menu in games like ff8,9,7 and so on, there is nothing, no attack,gf,item anyhing. does anyone know a solution?
