emus ad pete plugins?

sorry for asking you this but i dont know that much of psx emulation

if i use older plugins/emus i would get better speed from older systems?

well if u use older plug-ins they won't have the bug fixes that te newer ones do and it probably won't make a difference

Good question.
I have been following pete's plugins and epsxe(doesnt mean I am not following other plugins and emus) .AFAIK newer versions have tend to go faster. Some of the earlier releases from pete and epsxe may have been slightly faster (due to lesser options at that tme)but thats limited to only around 1 fps so shouldnt make much of a difference.
