FMV speedups

I have a problem when I play FF8, I use pete's openGL 1.68 pugin and during the FMVs the video and sound speed up. Also, in the menus it gets bogged down. How can I fix this? I'm using a computer at my dads house that has a p4 1.6 GHz, NvidiaGE force2 32MB w/TV output. Please reply ASAP! I'm going crazy over this! :eyes:

Well, I think he just forgot to set the framelimit...

What framerate should I use for NSTC-U/C games? I've been playing FF8 lately, what would be best for that? Thanks for the replies!
