the plugin cannot detect my cd drive!

I'm playing ps games using epsxe emulator and the cd-rom plugin was Sapu's 1.0..
The problem is the plugin won't detect my cd drive...Somehow I know I got something deleted that will make the plugin work...
okay then i tried another plugin and it is pete's plugin but it's still the same!!The plugin could only detect my drive as SCSI whereas my cd drive was ATAPI type.
Is getting install a new driver will solve the problem or any way that I can get it to detect my drive??Please help

Well, is the CD spinning when you try to autodetect a read mode in Pete's plugins? If it is, then it's detecting it correctly. Don't mind the SCSI thingys or whatever...

no,the cd wasn't spinning or what so ever..
It's not detecting my physical drive instead it detect my virtual drive..(Virtual Drive7software)which uses virtual scsi.
then what can I do???Is there a Windows latest ATAPI driver to be installed??(is it??)

The problem is .......I can't play any game now~~!!Because of that stupid plugin..

Firstly , you posted this in wrong forum.

Secondly the plugin isnt stupid.

You remember what you deleted ?

Sounds like you messed up with your aspi layer.Try installing force aspi.
