plz help me

hi!
i've tried to play FF9 with my ePSXe with the Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.68 but i get 2 problems:
the first problem is that the sound is very fast and it sound funny, i've looked at the FAQ of the plugin and it tells me to " Use the gpu's "Framerate limitation" option" but i cant seems to find it's option, can u help me finding where it is?
the second is that when there is a battle i cant see the menu of the "attack\Steal\Magic", how can i fix it?

i got P4 1500 with Geforce 2.

I dunno how to fix the menu but for the frame limitation, its easy to find it. Its Frame Limit.

10x ok-ok
i've managed to fix all the probs by viewing other msgs,
but now there is new prob:
the sound is a little choppy, espcially during a movie

Disable SPU IRQ hack in the emu, use the Eternal SPU 1.30, enable the first special game fix, leave it in thread mode, and set the buffer to between 8 and 11.
