didnt look hard enough.... NGEmu has the emulator and all the plugins you can find. the bios is illegal so NGEmu doesnt have it and were not aloud to tell you were to find.
oh and search the forum before posting a new thread. there are tons of threads about this here.

All that is legal to d/l from the net can be d/lded from ngemu, as chrono archmage.
You need to get the bios from elsewhere. Try google.
