Sound problem

okay here's my problem with Xenogears. Some movies seem to have a delay between the movie and the sounds. An example is the intro movie. The sounds and voices aren't synchronized. The sounds come a little late.
I tried this in two ways and the results are not good:

First i started with the CD. Using Pete's drivers and set to Async Read the sounds come a little late. Same with the read ahead. Using none will cause it to sychronize but will cause the game to hang during movies.

Second I tried it with an ISO and it still won't happen. Could it be the GPU or SPU that's the problem. right now i'm Pro Pete(Midas and OpenGL). Actually it's all i got. Anyway thing that could fix this?

download at www.aldostools.com ,it contains many plugins(GPU, SPU, and CDR plugin)
