Incorrect. The framebuffer effects will work properly if you set Framebuffer Textures to 0 and Framebuffer Access to 4.

In which case you have to make do with substandard FB effects or no FB effects.

screen smoothing is on, but didn't help a lot when it's off. is there a way to make "keep psx perspective" work without the double image problem? (if motion blur doesn't matter)
