FF7 problem - Green outlines?

In Final Fantasy VII, I'm getting green lines around all the parts of the scenery that you can walk behind. I've tried fiddling with various options, but I can't seem to fix it.

It used to work fine with older versions of ePSXe and Pete's OpenGL plugins (don't know which version, I'm currently using 1.52 and 1.64, respectively). Anybody know how to fix this?

what would be a good one for sound because my sound dose not sound right at all and it's slow.

256mb sdram
tnt2 m64 agp video card
soundblaster live 5.1 sound card

well Null2 and there is no settings done to it what you think i should use and what settings

Try using Eternal, check the top box in the configuration, and make sure that in the emu, SPU IRQ fix is off
