Tell us what is your soundcard and we can set up a setting for you.
But you should do some experiment for yourself with our recommend setting. Then can you get your best settings for Eternal SPU 1.30.

So is it a good thing or a bad thing to have a large buffer size? Mine is at 7, but i have heard of ppl at like 20 or 30....

Check the manuals that came with the plugin,it has some informations on setting up the plugin.
