Pete's opengl plugin 1.61 is SUPERB

I tried it with screen smoothing and 2xFSAA while running Xenogears from the CD and it ran perfect and it runs constant 55-59FPS DAMN PETE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

except sometimes when the CDROM loads it can get slow but never under 49FPS

I can't get 1.61 to work with a Kyro II card... but I haven't tried EVERY setting yet... but the outlook isn't good.

I've never played Xenogears so are those the wookie thingys from Star Wars?

Are you sure? The last time I tried to run, it crashed just like the normal D3D version. The best 3D plugin for Kyro IMO is still Pete's OpenGL, even though Kyro runs a lot faster with D3D plugins...

I'll try that again see if it works.

I've read another tread, someone mentioned it works. But for me, it crashed just like how the D3D did, have to hard reset.

GT2 is the only game I play, and it worked flawlessly with Segu's D3D plugin, the fastest of all the plugin I've tried, in GT2 at least. But the compatibility sucks.

we should start a cult and worship him.
but i wonder when he'll make another soft driver. 1.5.0 is good for FF tactics, but it be cooler with 2xSaI. and yes, i already tried Next GL, but the text doesnt work right.
