Tile base rendering plug in??

Are there any graphics plug in that will work with tile based rendering 3D graphics card. Such as Kyro 3 or the upcoming Trident XP 4??

Since these card works fine in Direct 3d and opengl... i just don't understand why there can't be a plug in that works with them...

Tile based rendering is automatic. However, I don't think it would work in PSX emulation, owing to the absence of a z buffer, although I could be wrong. I think the real problem with those cards is driver issues tho.

As LK mention below the problem is almost entirely one of Driver issues. Namely the drivers aren't being worked on continuesly in the Kyro to improve it's compatibility with DirectX.

Great Cards bad support, that's really the issue, if I remember correct the Kyro 2 chipset drivers were released and had only 2 updates. VVidia is better at mainting there drivers.

In summary it's how compliant to OGL or DirectX the drivers are that the manufacturer or card producer supplies.
