Pete's Plugins?

Hi yall this not really a troubleshooting problem but i didnt know where to ask this so i thought plugin was the best place. I wsa wondering whats the difference between "Pete's D3D" and Pete's DX6 D3D" plugin. Can anyone clear thuis up for me? Thx in advance.

Pete's D3D 6 doesn't use any of the extra features of DX7, that some older cards don't support. If the D3D or OpenGL gives you problems, you use the D3D 6.

Oh ok thx alot. It used to be a big blank in my head. I was wondering why Pete made 2 plugins that where the same. Now i know.

OK I think it would be good if I ask it here,
u can get my specs from my profile. Now tell me which plugin should I use? performance is of higher concern to me.
Some say that Opengl is good for nvidia cards but it is slow as compared to D3d.

With a TNT, the DirectX 7 D3D plugin is probs best

nah, TNT and TNT2 better is DX6, from geforce can use DX7 :P
